Invite team members or clients easily so they can co-create, edit and design heyflows together with you. Collaboration made easy.


How to start with collaboration

Our collaboration feature is available with an additional fee in our Agency and Business plan. You can find an overview of our plans and pricing here.

Setup

As soon as you have the collaboration feature and one or more seats included in your plan, there are a couple of steps to start working on your heyflows together:

  1. Account Creation
    The collaborator needs to sign up for Heyflow and create a new account here.

  2. Support
    As soon as the account is created, let support know via the chat or [email protected]. We'll make sure to set up the new account as a collaboration account with the same feature set, but no flow or domain quota.

  3. Invite to flows
    The setup is finished. You can now go to any flow and click Invite in the top right corner and insert the email address from your collaborator account.


Permissions

In general, all collaboration accounts have the same feature set as the main account. As soon as the collaborators are invited to your flow, they can edit and design the flow as the main account.


Currently, the only difference or limitation is that responses are only available for the flow owner due to data privacy reasons. Also, some integrations such as HubSpot can only be edited by the user who initially set up the integration.

❗ Caution: It is not possible to work simultaneously on one heyflow. You'll receive the following message to prevent changes not being saved when the flow is opened in another tab or browser:

Another user active

It appears that another user is currently editing this heyflow. Only one user can edit a heyflow at a time. Close your window or ask your collaborator to close their window.
