Pabbly Connect, just like Make or Zapier, connects more than 1,500 tools with a simple if this, then that logic, meaning that a trigger in one tool will cause an action in another platform.
So whenever you receive a new response in one of your heyflows, you can use this as a trigger to perform an automation in a tool of your choice.
π‘ Tip: Popular use cases are connecting your heyflow with your CRM or your email marketing tool to collect new contacts or enhance them with information from your heyflow.
β Note: Heyflow can only be used as a trigger, not an action.
Setup
Step 1: Create Workflow
Sign up or log in to your Pabbly account, and you'll see a hard-to-miss button labeled Create Workflow. Click it and name your workflow.
Step 2: Integrate with Heyflow
For the trigger, search for Heyflow and click on the app to choose it as your first application.
Choose New Response as your Trigger Event, and it will immediately show a webhook URL, that you can copy.
Go back to your heyflow and navigate to the Integrate tab, click on the Hooks section, and click on Add Webhook. Insert the copied webhook URL and click on Add and Activate.
As soon as you do a quick run-through of the flow, you'll receive this response with all labels and values from your heyflow in Pabbly. Additionally, to the response data, we'll also send the FlowID and CreatedAt.
Step 3: Choose your action
For the action, search for your wanted application, e.g. Mailchimp and click on the app to choose it as your next application.
Select an Action Event and connect to your mailchimp account. You'll then be able to use the inputs from your heyflow when integrating.
π‘ You can also add multiple actions in one workflow, e.g. triggering a mail but also an entry to your CRM.
