Connect your email to Heyflow via SMTP to send Custom Auto Replies from a custom email address.

❗ Important to note:
If you plan to send more than 1,000 emails per day (i.e. over 1,000 responses per day across all your heyflows that are connected to this email) please ensure sufficient server capabilities are available.
We recommend using a dedicated email address for sending purposes, not one you also use for day-to-day activities.
Please note that in order to connect a Gmail account, "less secure apps" need to be activated. Please find more information about this here.
How to connect your email server:
In the “Integrate” tab, go to “Replies”.
Click on “Email reply”, scroll down to the bottom and select “Change sender”.
Click on “Add account” and a pop-up window will open.
Enter the SMTP server URL, Port, email address and password, and give your new sender address a name before clicking on “Add account”.
Congratulations, now you can finalize your Response Reply and send automated confirmation emails from your custom email address!
