As soon as you created a portal, you can connect your heyflow with it, so all incoming responses are displayed automatically. In this article, you'll learn everything about the connection of heyflows with the Agency Portal.
🔎 You can connect multiple heyflows to your Agency Portal and switch between them by clicking on the tabs while in table view.
How to connect heyflows
In order to connect a heyflow to a portal, follow these steps:
In the top right corner, click on "+ Connect heyflows".
If this is the first time you're connecting a heyflow, you will first need to authenticate your account by clicking on "Sign-in to Heyflow" and then "Authorize Agency Portal".
Afterward, select one of your heyflows from the dropdown list and click on "Connect".
💡 Tip: You can also import all responses from the flow you connected, by clicking on Import all responses.
How to remove heyflows
If you don't want to show a certain flow in a portal anymore, you can also delete the connection. This is how it works:
Click on "Portal Settings" in the upper left.
Go to the tab "Heyflows".
Click "Remove" next to the heyflow you want to delete.
