Where can I find an overview of my plan and quota?
Click on your credentials in the top right corner and click on "Plan" to find an overview of your plan and quota.
How can I upgrade my plan?
When you're working on several projects or campaigns at the same time, it might happen that you need more than 10 or 30 heyflows.
We provide an individual offer for more active heyflows and domains in our Agency or Business plan.

How can I downgrade my plan?
If you want to downgrade your plan, please contact our support team directly via the chat bubble or alternatively via [email protected].
How can I cancel my plan?
Of course, we're not happy to see you go. But we still want to provide the best support all the way to the end. So here is what you need to do in case you would like to cancel your Heyflow subscription:
Click on your credentials in the top right corner and click on "My Account".
Go to the Plan tab.
Click on "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom.
Next, you'll see a short questionnaire about your experience with Heyflow. Your honest feedback helps us improve our products and services in the future and is much appreciated!
At the end of the questionnaire, confirm your cancellation by clicking on "No, I'll leave".
