What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment by credit card is the default payment method at Heyflow. If you don't have a credit card or if there are problems with your credit card on the checkout page, send an email to [email protected] for assistance.
Payment methods by countries:
Europe: Credit/Debit Card, SEPA Direct Debit, Bank Transfer, iDEAL
USA/Canada/Outside Europe: Credit/Debit Card
How can I change my payment method?
After you inserted your credit card details at the checkout page, you might want to change your payment method at some point.
To update your credit card details, simply go to your account in Heyflow and Billing. There you can find your current payment method, which you can update directly in app.
To change your payment method to e.g. SEPA Direct Debit or Bank Transfer, simply send an email to [email protected] and request the preferred payment method.
Where can I find my invoices?
All of your invoices are stored and accessible in your account. Just open the app, head to your account settings and open the tab Billing. Here, all of your invoices are listed.
