Jornaya, a Verisk business, helps verify the authenticity of your leads by generating a unique identifier the moment a consumer lands on your flow. After joining the LeadiD Creator Program, you gain access to tracking scripts needed to implement Jornaya on Heyflow.

With our Jornaya integration, you can:

  • Generate unique LeadiD's for each unique lead

  • Review LeadId details in your Jornaya member portal

  • Easily map and send lead data to other integrations

Setup

Step 1: Insert your Account Code

Go to your heyflow and navigate to Integrate and Analytics. Open the Jornaya Verisk integration and add your Account Code.

You can find your Account Code in your Jornaya Account settings under My Account and Account Information.

Step 2: Insert your Campaign Key

Now you need to insert the Campaign Key of the according campaign.

You can find your Campaign Key in the according campaign under Campaigns.

How to use the LeadID

As soon as the integration is active, a LeadID is automatically created for each form submission.

Review LeadID details in Jornaya

You can search for a specific LeadID directly in your Jornaya member portal to be able to see more information about that lead, e.g. their device, IP address and the campaign they're coming from.

Find LeadID in Heyflow responses

The LeadID is automatically added to each of the corresponding responses. You can find them in the responses tab or in the response email.

Map LeadID fields to a response handler

As soon as you completed the setup of the integration, you can now find the Jornaya LeadID as a Heyflow field when it comes to mapping values to fields from response handler integrations such as HubSpot, HighLevel and much more.

Troubleshooting

I do not see Jornaya's Lead ID in my responses

If a Lead ID is missing from a user's response, it is likely due to an active ad blocker or browser settings that prevent tracking. These settings can interfere with the creation of the Lead ID, preventing it from being captured in the response.
